According to Threatpost, distributors of malicious software are taking advantage of fears generated over the Coronavirus to spread trojans and other malware in countries close to China. Botnet-driven emails display subject lines insinuating that the email contains critical information about the real-word virus. Recipients who click on these emails risk releasing the lurking malware into their machines.
