Billing Rates and Practices
Depending on the matter or project, we offer hourly fees, lump‑sum (fixed or flat‑fee) arrangements, or other reasonable fee structures. We maintain detailed logs of time spent, and work logs are available upon request.
Clients are never billed for unproductive time. Costs and expenses for copy services, filings, messengers, and third‑party research tools are billed separately.
Attorney rate: $400/hour
No staff or paralegal billing.
Retainers are generally required.
